Refund policy
Returns
Due to the mystery nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless products arrive damaged or faulty.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and we will be happy to resolve it either through replacement or issuing a refund as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
